The residents of Eastwick are great. The problem is they try to upsell the place to make you think you actually have rights, which you don’t. If you like living under constant scrutiny and surveillance. new rules every year, constantly increasing carrying charges old outdated windows, roof and electrical. One parking space and not enough extra spaces. The board of directors are shady. All the five star reviews are mostly from either the board of directors or the office manager. I would think they're a little biased. If you just do a surface look it looks good but once you're in here you'll realize that it's terrible.
