I am sorry but I cannot really rate this place as I have never been here in my life. I was actually going to do a Walmart pickup which is located directly behind the Townhomes which is what they supposedly wanted me to review not the Walmarts. This is another bundle up from a i following and tracking your activities on your cell phone which I think is a bunch of bull and I hate it where I go with nobody's business but my own. If you like living under constant scrutiny and surveillance. new rules every year, constantly increasing carrying charges old outdated windows, roof and electrical. One parking space and not enough extra spaces. The board of directors are shady. All the five star reviews are mostly from either the board of directors or the office manager. I would think they're a little biased. If you just do a surface look it looks good but once you're in here you'll realize that it's terrible.
The board and "sales manager" are corrupt. They use cameras that residents pay for to stalk residents. The residents are great. President of the Board has been sued multiple times for not paying carrying charges. Their entire website is a lie from monthly charges to having maintenance personnel. "president" of the board allows people with warrants to live in Eastwick property. Someone should probably look into who is denied "membership" and who is accepted.
