Absolute worst service I've ever faced. I bought a used vehicle sight unseen. They promised me the vehicle was in perfect shape, that I had nothing to worry about. Only to get the car with rust everywhere in the trunk, and broken AC. Over one month has passed, and I'm still arguing with them to fix everything. I was completely ignored for the first 2 weeks, them saying "we're too busy". If you ever have the pleasure of dealing with Mei Xia Song, Rajid Mera or Afran Ahmed, run. They will only waste your time and money.
We had never stepped foot in a non Chrysler Ford or GM dealership in the past and from the time we entered Eastway Toyota until after our third visit leaving with a new Toyota Camry Hybrid we were treated with the most respect and courtesy we have ever had. Our salesman Doyle Braznell was the BEST! He was knowledgeable, courteous and not pushy. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. We love our new Toyota Camry Hybrid!
