I always thought this dealership had excellent service, but I'm extremely disappointed. The car they sold us had quality issues, and they refuse to replace it. The first time, they said we put the wrong fuel in—a ridiculous excuse. They initially said they fixed the car and delivered it back, but the same problem reappeared in less than a week. Found myself stranded a month ago when my battery failed in my brand new Tacoma at 4400 km. Had roadside start truck and drove to dealership. Took 3 hrs to get new battery. No apologies nothing...it seemed I was more of an inconvenience!
The worst Dealership staff ever.. They sitting behind their desks and don't care with the customer.. even after several visits to this Dealer to buy a car , always I found a very bad service and no respect
