Worst ever. I really regret to buy two Toyota here because their services. It has been 3 years after I bought my two cars, and I did maintenance with this dealer all the time, but it always sucks. And everytime they tell me they don’t have spare parts for “recall” even they ordered. Who can believe they need wait for spare parts for 3 years+. Worst ever. Will never consider visit here for anything.
Update: After my experience detailed below, the General Manager did an exceptional job to rectify the experience. They did get the issue resolved and the truck works now. I have newfound confidence in this dealership thanks to the actions of the general manager! I had a recall done on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma here for the fuel pump. I was asked to bring the truck in with less than 1/4 tank for the work to be done.
