Very friendly
Came in interested in buying a RAV4. When I asked if there were any I could see, I was basically laughed at. Sales team didn't seem interested in working with me or selling me a car, just in taking orders. I'll go else where.
Worst customer experience from any dealership. No vehicle in the dealership to see or test drive and want to sell based on merits of pictures and ‘mentioned features’? Also, monopoly games as they believe nobody is going 100-200kms to buy a vehicle as this is the closest Toyota dealership for Windsor residents.
