This place is getting worse. They had me on Ativan for 8 years then all the sudden took me off of them when I actually need them. That's what this place does, gets you hooked on and addicted to benzodiazepines then all the sudden takes them away without a proper taper off. A doctor at Kettering hospital told me that as long as I've been on them, it'd take a full year to properly ween me off of them. I personally went here when I got sick and this place saved my life! I go every three months now and I would recommend to anybody! The people here are so caring and they are willing to work with your schedule! This place helps so many people live normal lives!
I could be wrong! It’s mid.. the recourses they receive to give people case managers is practically wasted recourses… get on your knees and bark like a dog for the things you need and nothing you struggle with mentally or financially is really seen as a symptom more so like “everyone has a struggle, suck it up & figure it out. Here’s some medicine”
If I could give them negative stars, I would. I've gotten more help at my current facility within 2 months than I ever received from Eastway (beginning Jan 2022). I had countless social workers, no one stays! The last doctor I spoke with, Tom B., treated me like I was an alcoholic. That was my last straw! I smoke daily, but drinking. I think not!
