What a joke. Charged insurance company $100 for leaving voice mail message to case manager who never returned my calls. Had diagnosis a few years ago by someone that didn't know what he was doing and no longer employed there. Had intake a month ago and diagnosed with the same thing which is totally false. For one thing the printout said I was homeless effective the day of intake diagnosis but the printout had my current address on it. Recent case manager set up a appointment with me and wasn't there. If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're don... read more
I have been at eastway for years excellent! Staff too work with great doctors.and I'm just not saying that just too be saying that it's true I've always been able too get my meds which is one of the important reason too go to eastway other than the nurse staff and Doctors.If you need help I highly recommend eastway.ps I'm doing very well on my meds and help from my case manager. Remember everything doesn't go your way . But the Doctors know thier job. You just have too do your part also.
