I could be wrong! It’s mid.. the recourses they receive to give people case managers is practically wasted recourses… get on your knees and bark like a dog for the things you need and nothing you struggle with mentally or financially is really seen as a symptom more so like “everyone has a struggle, suck it up & figure it out. Here’s some medicine”
If I could give them negative stars, I would. I've gotten more help at my current facility within 2 months than I ever received from Eastway (beginning Jan 2022). I had countless social workers, no one stays! The last doctor I spoke with, Tom B., treated me like I was an alcoholic. That was my last straw! I smoke daily, but drinking. I think not!
What a joke. Charged insurance company $100 for leaving voice mail message to case manager who never returned my calls. Had diagnosis a few years ago by someone that didn't know what he was doing and no longer employed there. Had intake a month ago and diagnosed with the same thing which is totally false. For one thing the printout said I was homeless effective the day of intake diagnosis but the printout had my current address on it. Recent case manager set up a appointment with me and wasn't there.
