This is the most arrogant and incompetent healthcare facility I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Against our better judgment, we took our newborn there because it was the appointment scheduled by the hospital. From the moment we got there everything they did showed how incompetent they are. They first had us waiting in the general waiting area for over 20 minutes with a newborn, even though they said that newborns were supposed to be taken directly back to our room. they sent the wrong referral to Physical Therapy for a veteran on August 1 It still has not been fixed as of August 13 th recommend avoiding this clinic if you are a veteran. they don't know what a VA referral of care is and they just do a regular referral which costs full price
We are on vacation in Cape Charles and I started having pain in my left side so we went here. From check in to check out, everyone was SO nice and accommodating! My doctor was very kind and had great bedside manner. Today I received a call from him to go over my test results. He explained everything and made sure I didn’t have any other questions. If you need an urgent care on the Eastern Shore, this place is it!
