excellent care I have nothing but good to say about the staff at Eastview. When we had to have our puppy put to sleep. They were the most kind hearted people. The made a very difficult situation alot easier. They even took the time to send a sympathy card with signatures from the whole staff. I was very impressed and would recommend them to all of our friends.
Awsome!!! I had to call Dr. Crowe at midnight because I thought my boxer was dying. I know I woke him up, but he was the most pleasant person I have ever spoken with at that hour. The next day I took my boxer in and Dr. Crowe diagnosed his heart problems quickly. I really feel like Dr. Crowe saved his life. Thanks!!!!
The Doctors Are Wonderful I can't understand anyone being disappointed with Eastview. The doctors are so good with animals. Dr. Crowe has been amazing with my little chi mix who has liver problems. Her numbers were off in pre spay blood work and Dr. Crowe went into action immediately. Almost a year later, she still has never had any symptoms and she's as happy and playful as any little dog could be. He's never tried to sell me tests or medications she doesn't need so calling them "money hungry" is a bit of a stretch. He real... read more
Wonderful Place!!! Amazing Place!!!Dr. Crowe is awesome!!! I trust him completely with the care of our little boy. We had an emergency during the night and Dr. Crowe told us what to do over the phone and met us at the office at 10PM. I would NEVER take our boy to anyplace other than Eastview - awesome group of people who care about your pets!!!!!!!! It's not about the money at all - it's about the health and well being of all animals. Dr. Crowe as well as all of the other doctors at Eastview are a blessing to Clarksville!!!!
Fantastic I recently brought my ferret to Eastview and couldn's have been happier with the service and level of caring from the staff. They were extremely caring and gentle with my animal. They will be my primary vet for all my animals.
Great Docs We have a pet cockatiel named Rosie who recently got very sick. I called several clinics in the area and nobody dealt with birds. I finally got ahold of a wonderful vet at Eastview. It was after hours and he made an emergency call to the office. He gave Rosie antibiotics and took very good care of her while we were there. He explained to me that she was critical and might not make it through the night. Sadly, after we got home she passed away. However, I am still glad that we took her to Eastview. Money is Priority here I left my puppy for observation for a condition she was displaying every five minutes. After $100 in blood work, the vet told me that three vets had been watching my puppy all day and NONE of them saw her exhibit the behavior....Could be because they never took her out of the cage! I also left my pet for boarding at the this kennel...NEVER AGAIN!!! First, I was told my puppy needed a bordatella treatment, which I understand, but I was told that it was administered nasally. Eastview Vet Experience/Charges The care I get from Eastview seems pretty good. Vets are generally friendly and knowledgeable. Girls up front are good as well but the vet charges are high. Just had the pooch examined and it was detemined she had a ear infection which is why I bought her in the clinic to begin with. The charge for a 30 sec look in the ear was $47, $35 for an injection, $32 for some antibotics, and $16.50 for an ear spray. Grand total was $130.50! But what can you do?
