Have been taking my dogs to Eastview for over 11 years. I actually drive either 75 or 50 minutes depending on where I’m staying. Caring, competent and thorough... from nail trims to well checks, major surgeries to euthanasia. They are just the VERY best around.
Very Caring staff. Animals are well cared for. From the time you walk in to the time you leave you feel like family. Love these people!
The consideration given to the care of my Bekke is amazing! Due to my inabilities I have made requests that Could have made me feel like being pain in the neck. Not so here! Feels like everything that can be done to keep my furbaby healthy and happy is being done! So much appreciated, so grateful.
My son's family and I were staying at our cottage on Keuka Lake two weeks ago. We had his dog with us who had medical issues. Unfortunately, our dog took a serious turn for the worse while we were there and had to be euthanized. We are not regular clients of Eastview as we are from out of state. That didn't matter to them. They were wonderful in helping all of us with this difficult decision. They even worked with our Vet's office and helped to make this as easy for us as they possibly could. RecommendedYears ago my cat was having seizures. My dogs were EV. patients, my cats went elsewhere. Called my cats Dr. and was told to take him somewhere in a Rochester. While there was a storm coming in I wasn’t about to drive in it. So by chance I call EV. They told me exactly what to do and what would happen for the next few hours. They were 100% correct. Cat went on to live a long life. Be careful when applying. Flea meds. Turns out the cat got the one for the dog. always recommend EV.
All the staff are polite and very helpful. My hedgehog got really sick over night they gave me advice over the phone and made me a quick appointment. Fluids and ABT were given with fingers crossed he will pull through. I have used Eastview many times with previous hedgehogs and my dogs. I have never walked away with questions and have always felt my pets needs were met 💕
Very busy clinic but feel my kitties are well cared for!
