Never been happier I sold my condo a year ago and needed a place to rent before buying again. What I didn't want was one of those uptight apartment complexes that make you walk a mile to your car and want to verify that you make 10 grand a month before letting you in. Good for the price The units are older style units with heat and hot water included. If your building has several early morning people be sure to get up and in the shower first and you will be without hot water quickly. Parking can be a pain, as none of the spots are marked for your unit. The repairs that are done are never completed. Management is NOT on site.
