I'm updating my rating for the second time. I had lowered my rating to 2 stars because of billing increases. However, I was contacted by management and adjustments were made. There was a minor mix-up the next month, but management reached out to me and immediately took action. I highly recommend this storage facility.
Ruben is the nicest and most helpful guy. Always pleasant when I call or stop in. The storage facility is clean and well lit. Would definitely recommend this place.
We have rented space on several occasions some long term and some short term. Always easy to access the units and the staff is good in helping to get one with easy access for us. Clean and new facility with good hours.
