Unfortunately, I'm having to change my rating. They get you by starting with a low entry fee, but then raise the rates substantially. I just received a second notice of increase. Their prices are too high for a facility that is not temperature controlled. I am now having to pay almost double of what I was paying only one year ago. I'm now sorry I left my old storage unit, located only a short distance away in Chino. I will be moving to a different facility.
Ruben is the best I would give it 100 stars, but it only lets me rate up to five.

I have had this storage for years never had a problem everything was Fabulous I never went to my storage often only to check on it went on weekday to check on it my Fine Art was stolen out my storage they claimed they had no recording showing I was at the storage that’s weird left and came back with my husband and the art was back in my storage watch out it’s a cover up.
