I’m not sure why this clinic is even operational. I’m sure 90% of the 5 star reviews are by the staff. It’s barely open 2 hours a day to patients. Absolutely no walk in. Don’t waste your time. Appointments are only for patients that are already in their system. As a new patient you would have to get in touch with them via phone and good luck with that since they never answer their phone line. The whole clinic seems like a sketchy business place. My favourite Doctor ever. Beautiful, graceful and caring doctor. she is experienced in her profession. I highly recommend her. Clinic staff is cooperative with good attitude. 100 stars
It’s really unfortunate that in Ontario it’s a battle to find a family doctor and even worse a paediatrician. The doctor has been my family doctor for years and has overseen two pregnancies and refuses to take on my newborns as patients and now even refuses just providing a referral so I can get them primary care with a paediatrician. I don’t understand their logic. Terrible service and no care in the world for the most vulnerable - babies! So disappointing.
Online booking is for patients on-file only. Website advises new patients to call, but when I called they said they aren't accepting new patients. I asked if I can just do a walk-in and they said they don't do that. Not sure why the business is listed as a walk-in clinic on Google. :(
