I had a very unpleasant experience today at Eastvale Family Dental. My husband & I both received voicemails yesterday from a gentlemen confirming our appointments for today. We typically would call back to confirm but we had a 12 hour travel day yesterday & didn’t get the chance to do so. Today both my husband & I showed up for our appointments & the same gentlemen who left us voicemails told us that our appointments were cancelled due to us not confirming. Be careful with these office they will give you an appointment .not letting you know if the insurance covers, ones you are there they tell you the insurance will cover you till next year. Then you tell them to reschedule the appointment. They will charge you a cancellation fee of $45 dollar

She is the best! I followed her from her previous office and drive 40 minutes to see her. She is so gentle and compassionate and great with my children too. She explains everything. Everyone there is great too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
