No response. I have been trying to reach a live person, left a voicemail and filled out the form on the website, but no reply.
EastsideDecks (Kevin) did an excellent job replacing the elevated deck over our driveway (hillside lot). It was a complex job that included a spiral staircase and he completed it within his estimated time frame. He showed up when he said he would and followed through on everything he told us he would do. We couldn't be happier with how the whole project turned out. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.
Very poor customer service. The "project manager" didn't have the courtesy to respond to an estimate request and tell me they weren't interested in doing the project. Wasted my time and theirs
