East Side Pride For those of us on the East Side, having such a cool and peaceful studio is a blessing. Good vibes all around the place. You can really heal yourself in this type of environment. Try it out --free.
ESY= awesome At ESY there is a lot of focus on quality. More than any other studio I've been to they put a lot of attention on making sure my alignment is right and making sure I'm using the right muscles so I don't strain or injure myself. There is a low teacher to student ratio, which is great for this, and the teachers really know their stuff. But it's some of the less expensive yoga around- I think a ten class pack is $100, which is about the same as an unlimited monthly pass. And they're just the friendliest folks. I've... read more
Definitely Recommend The free introduction classes on Saturday mornings are fantastic. Their yearly prices are also very affordable and definitely worth it because you can go to an unlimited number of classes if you choose to. I would definitely recommend!!
