The staff is incredibly accommodating and welcoming. They take the time to listen to your needs and will even suggest things based on something you said and thought was unrelated. Overall just fantastic service. If you're looking for a new doctor or just shopping for frames, I can't recommend Eastside Vision enough.

I have been a patient here for many years...and am so pleased with the atmosphere, competence, professionalism and care of the personnel that I travel there from Vancouver. Dr. Ann takes a great deal of time to answer questions and provide thorough answers that make sense. Her ability to communicate essential information in excellent. Purchasing frames and lenses there is a pleasurable experience too. It is a pleasure to visit the office...and always know you are n good hands.

I have been a patient at Eastside Vision Source for several years after having been a patient at Sunnyside for years before that. I must say that at both locations I've had nothing but top notch customer service. Some staff shift between both clinics which is convenient. Honestly, you can purchase eye wear anywhere and places like Costco and America's Best will always be less expensive. All I can say is, you get what you pay for.
