I had a wonderful experience at EASTSIDE. My admitting nurse Fiona was great. She put a needle in my hand and I didn’t feel a thing. Everything and everyone worked together very well. They were all very friendly and caring.
Dr. Trying is excellent! Thank you also to Erika, Victoria, and Amanda who took great care of me.
Billing here is a nightmare. Was sent a bill for something I already paid for, my bad for paying it again, but I’ve been calling for the last 8 weeks asking about getting reimbursed, and keep getting the runaround. It was $$$ so I’m really stressed now they’re not even going to reimburse at all.
While surgery is not a pleasant experience, Eastside surgery made it one. Friendly, efficient staff that make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would 100% come here again and recommend.
