Bought everything needed (or so I thought) to do a brake job on our Crosstrek. Getting into the job now and the front brake pads don’t have new hardware/shims in the box. The rears do, I’ve always gotten new hardware when purchasing pads for every car. Disappointing they make you buy them separately and frustrating they didn’t mention that when I bought literally everything else for a full brake job. Ordered from thier PNW Subaru Parts website with expedited shipping. 2 weeks later nothing but the email confirmation. Emailed support for any update with no repsonses. Called them to ask what was up. They confirmed the order but could tell me no reason why it had not shipped but could reorder and maybe have it in another week. Not impressed at all!
