"Was a caring physician in late 1990s when young and just beginning in practice at Eastside; treatment brought me great relief. Years later when I sought him out for additional treatment he was uncaring and money hungry, overcharging along with Emory John’s Creek hospital, for inappropriate and unnecessary procedures. I was seen by Dr. Stewart....The nurses were Nice and caring.... listened more then the doctor. I traveled pretty far hoping the doctor would help provide some relief to multiple car accidents. But I was judged and told im just like everyone else and was not treated as an individual (case by case). Im very irritated at how long the process took of waiting, then finally feeling hope that this doctor was recommended for no reason at all!! Complete waste of time and gas money. Dr Stewart is very knowledgeable with my back issues and his nurses are great to talk to and get additional information from if needed.
I have been going here for years I usually see Dr Ashley which is really great but she is on maternity leave so I had to see Dr Stuart he automatically said that he was going to take me off my pain medication for no reason he doesn’t know my history or anything I cried historically telling him that I have no quality of life if I don’t have my medicine he didn’t care he didn’t listen to me at all he had no compassion or anything he treated me as if I was just a junkie just trying to get medicine for no reason I walked out of ... read more
I have been going to Dr.Stewart for about 8 years, never had a dirty drug screen, always done exactly what they asked me to do with shots steroids knee operations everything correctly. After 8 years your body gets used to taking the same amount of medication so as I've gotten older I have gotten a lot more pain and have osteoarthritis from transplant medication given at high doses.
