We've been coming to EPA for well over a year. Always responsive and professional. Thank you
I’ve tried three different doctors to get an appointment set for my son to be evaluated for ADHD. The lack of professionalism is shocking. They do not call back their patients in a timely manner and have issues communicating over email. Last Saturday, Dr. Smith emailed me to set an appointment time which I confirmed only 40 minutes later. I arrived on time for my appointment today, and ended up waiting in the waiting room over 25 minutes. Dr Colin Smith did not show up to my son’s appointment today without any prior notification. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. He has no regard for our time and energy in filling out paperwork and taking time out of our own schedule to show up.
