I chose to drive from Seattle to Eastside TMS in Renton for the exceptional care they provide. The office space is lovely, and the people are even better in their genuine care for patients. My provider Lex is such a sweet and relatable person who is easy to communicate with if there are any questions. Lex and Lily were incredible. Lily made sure I had everything I needed before my appointment, and Lex made me feel very comfortable as a new, nervous patient. The whole experience made me feel safe, seen and heard. I definitely recommend them!

I get my meds managed by Dr. Nagai and my therapist is Aman Gill, and they are both wonderful, helpful, and attentive. The staff I speak to when dealing with scheduling or billing are always super nice and helpful. I love that they offer virtual sessions.
