Dr Turano took the time to explain and really solve my foot pain issues. I have been to other Podiatrists but this was far and above better than any other time. Pain free for the first time in years!!
Dr. John Turano is quite good, and it bothers me to leave 1-star. However, everything related to the way the business runs is miserable: no published and very limited hours, no VM at one office, VM at the other that says closed with no clue when they're open, and frequent billing issues. Rectifying their frequent billing errors is such a frustrating waste of time. I am so happy to have Dr. John Turano as my podiatrist! He always makes sure I leave comforted. I have had so many foot problems and he has taken care of each and every one without any issues. Love this practice!
Dr.John is amazing, his front end staff not so much. I was charged a $50 fee for an appointment that was missed, that I had no clue about. Coincidently they don't call to remind patients of appointments. This I also have never heard of, every medical professional I have ever dealt with, has sent some type of reminder as a courtesy to their patients. Guess I'll be in the market fur a new podiatrist, I won't get shafted again.
