we have been using another Pharmacy for years but my wife Insurance changed Eastside is one of their preferred without going into a lot of details very displeased we had a problem with one of her prescriptions we returned up there and they were very rude like the way they made a mistake more or less just cut us off in the conversation without us getting to explain in about six or seven years ago at a minor problem with a local pharmacy they went out of their way to help resolve and take care of the matter we will not be retu... read more

My son has a peanut allergy. I was having a terrible day going back and forth between doctors office, drug company, pharmacy and insurance trying to get insurance to pay for an Epi-Pen. Being given the runaround all day, I was mentally exhausted! Then Eastside calls me and tells me it’s handled and that I can come get my sons medication. 4 Epi-Pens for a small co-pay vs a HUGE out-of-pocket expense! I can not say enough good things about this pharmacy. Connor, my 4 year old son, wouldn’t take his yucky pain med after his tonsillectomy so they flavored it. Not only that, they took time out of their day to talk to Connor and get him to take the medicine after I (Connor’s mommy and a RN) couldn’t get him to take it because he would gag and vomit every time I gave it to him.
