My favorite Pawn Shop.Great deals here and good people.
I have done business with them on several occasions over the past few years. I've bought firearms, knives, tools, fishing gear, a few watches, and I've done several trades with them as well. I have always been treated great.
I sold a guitar to this pawn shop fairly recently, and i was just now contacted for my sale and was told that my guitar was counterfeit (after it was searched up by the serial number on the computers) and was also told that if i did not return the money then legal action would be taken. It is not my fault that they jumped on my asking price even after looking the guitar up. What you're doing is illegal! Texas Payday Law regulates the timing of the final paycheck in section 61.014. If an employee is laid off, discharged, fired, or otherwise involuntarily separated from employment, the final pay is due within six (6) calendar days of discharge. If the employee quits, retires, resigns, or otherwise leaves employment voluntarily, the final pay is due on the next regularly-scheduled payday following the effective date of resignation. This place is nothing but scams. U buy stuff that they say is real and when u take it to be appariased find out its fake. So u go to return it and wont even give u what u paid for it back. Thats wrong on so many levels. And the way the owner treats his employees is crap.
East side Pawn what a joke this place is. Unprofessional, tells you one price then tries to pay another price. Steer clear, there are a lot better pawn shops in Cleburne to choose from!
