Higher than thou attitude poor listening skills if any poor inner communication between employees no sanitation practices yet alone concerns for safe practices for COVID waiting as long as well over an hour closed for lunch while scheduling 10 patients for 1:30 immediately after returning from lunch no skills in speaking in a normal persons understanding not medical terminology that only someone in the medical field. To mention a few
Sitting here again with no answers for a loved one. Lack of communication between staff and doctors. It is sad to watch someone you love pending surgery and lack of will or empathy, and lack of professionalism in regards to a persons health and physical pain. Hope they never have the experience we have had.
