The staff at this clinic is extremely unaccommodating, and the lack of diversity made me feel uncomfortable as a Black woman seeking medical care. Given the long history of Black women being dismissed and neglected in healthcare settings, it was upsetting to feel that same neglect here. No stars at all, they don’t take things serious. Walked in 15 min early from my appointment, an hour later I’m still waiting for for my name to get called after everyone I got there before had already gone in. Just so they can cancel my appointment. Don’t recommend if ur having serious problems just go to the er instead of this place! And instead of being apologetic they try to act like nothing happens after wasting your time so PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE
Unfortunately patient care and experience is not top priority of some in this clinic. Staff are more concerned with concealing serious concerns regarding patient care. PHI is exposed openly to other patients and family members, there is no control over how many people are allowed in patient care areas. Rooms are not cleaned and turned over correctly . Patients may walk past dirty rooms at any given time. Super sad and deeply concerning.
Nice friendly staff, Unfortunately unable to really get anything done correctly. They sent me in for physical therapy for the wrong leg cause they simply didnt write the prescriptioncorrectly. Had to reschedule another 8 months out. After waiting 6. After surgery. Typically dont write prescriptions correctly and takes a few visits.
After years of having a good doctor and good care, I've been ghosted my the practice. No calls are returned. No messages in their online portal returned. I even wrote physical letters that are unanswered. Totally stood up by a behavioral health worker that they set up an appointment with a month prior. It has now been another month out and I do not know why my appointment was not honored. I just wanted to know why and to reschedule. I have ongoing health issues and now I need to find a new doctor and start all over ... read more
