I took my commercial walk behind Toro mower to them to have a few problems fixed. They fixed the issues that I paid $500 for but gave it back to me in worse condition than when they received it. My top sprocket for the pull start was all messed up and broke and the rope was hanging down 1 foot from the hole and was missing two screws in the top. when I gave it to them there were no starting issues with the pool start at all. I'm sorry but after multiple experiences with this business I am not happy and do not recommend it to other potential customers. Granted, because of where I live, I can be hard on my lawn equipment. I have taken my riding mower in for steering problems, drive shaft issues, and engine stalling issues. In each case, after picking my mower up after service was complete, I have had to immediately return it to the shop for continued or new problems with my mower. Agree with previous reviewers. Brought mower in for repair and they never call. Just say your mower is ready and hand you a $120 bill. If they would have called I would have said forget and bought a brand new mower from them. Now I won't even go their at all. Lost a customer.
