So nice and helpful! Hubby got a huge chip in the windshield going over the pass, found these guys in an internet search and called since they had good reviews. They stayed and waited for hubby to get there to help try to repair even though it was almost 5 pm. The chip was too big to repair but they did the best they could since hubby still had 3 days of travelling for sales trip, and then they didn't want to charge for it because they couldn't fix it! Very accommodating... had an appointment scheduled, but the wrong windshield was accidentally ordered. They ordered the correct one right on the spot away and sent someone to my house to install it that same afternoon! Thank you!
Stopped in here because some damn wide load semi hauling construction equipment flicked a rock which put a HUGE impression in my new car’s windshield. There otta be a law!!! Anyway, I caught them just right and they did the work right then. It took about 15 minutes. The fellow told me it would not disappear as with smaller impacts he was right. The team at Eastside were great from the initial phone call thru to the end when the work was finally completed. I had an attempted break in to my truck and the passenger window was badly damaged as well as the seal. I called three places - one never got back to me, the second wanted to charge me a higher rate (after already feeling violated from the vandalism) and further couldn't do the work for a week.
