Dr. Eberly and his staff were incredibly nice. It was my first appointment and he was super thorough and listened to all my concerns. I’ve struggled to have my blood taken for as long as I can remember and the ladies were so kind about it. They made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and it was such a smooth experience. Thank you Eastside Medical Group!
They over price the test even if you have insurance. Other places would of charged less than $200 without insurance but I didn't know. Come to find out 2 months later they charged me $1000 for the test with insurance.
When I called the specific office I was helped by a friendly remote operator who while on hold to find out if there was an appointment available I was given a performance survey which was unlikely because I hadn't received an appointment yet. If all a patron/patient is is a survey for data mining then this medical system is not only broken but corrupt. Socialized Medicare is the only way. Thank you and have a nice day!
Good Dr, friendly staff, and family oriented. A place you can take yourself and the kids.
This was my first visit with Dr. Eberly and haven’t been to a primary physician in probably 12 or 13 years. He took the time and listen to all my concerns and he referred me to an allergist to address the concerns that he was unsure of the cause so overall it was a good experience.
