I am very happy with the level of service I receive through Eastside Kia's Service Department. Service advisor Sam has been pleasant to deal with and pricing is fair.
I was happy that they fixed the 2 recalls that I didn't even know about. I had an issue with my radio the AM band wasn't clear jut noisy and full of static I thought it would be a small problem they could help but to diagnose the problem it would cost me $175 which I wasn't happy about since that was a minor issue and they must have dealt with something like that before but other than that my experience was ok.
The service was quick and I had my vehicle back in no time. My advisor and her crew were polite and professional.
They were quick, honest and to the point. If I buy the used car I was having them inspect, I’ll definitely be using them for service
