I’ve been coming here for service ever since I got my car, but my recent experience was really disappointing. A few months ago, I booked an appointment because my car was having issues. They misdiagnosed the problem, charged me more than what was needed, and the issue still wasn’t fixed. That is why I had to ask for help with another person. I have contacted them about it never once got a response.
Darby was amazing.... thoughtful, well organized, responsive and patient, ensuring I received everything on my wish list in a car. Never once did she try to stear me to a deal which wasn't right for me. A big thank you to her and her hard work and finding me the exact car I wanted.
I am glad you guys fix my car oil leak. And fix the necessary parts to tix.
