Needed to get some work done to my rear brakes and rotors, they got it done that day and very quick plus they were extremely helpful with showing me what else will need work soon and what to watch out for without charging me an arm and a leg
Extremely Disappointed with Service Department I’ve had an ongoing and frustrating experience with Eastside’s service department that raises serious concerns about both their diagnostic accuracy and overall integrity. Purchased a vehicle from them the tires they sold me on the vehicle were eight years old and then they tried to argue with me. Finally, I got a new set of tires from them and I was missing a floormat on the driver side and I’m still trying to get that from him. I got this vehicle over a month ago and they’re impossible to get a hold of and have zero responsiveness. Wouldn’t recommend
All the customer service representatives were amazing. They worked diligently to ensure we were happy and received what we requested in our vehicle purchase and financing. I am a loyal Kia customer for life.
