If I can give 0 stars I will. Worst experience ever. They wouldn’t tell me the gender and I was 4 months along. They also didn’t want to proceed doing anything for me because they wanted my mychart records, I gave the anesthesiologist all the records I had and it still wasn’t enough for them. They didn’t even want to give me my ultrasound, they kept the original copy and made me a paper copy were you couldn’t see nothing in the paper copy. TAKE THE TIME TO FIND A DIFFERENT FACILITY. BEWARE OF EASTSIDE GYNECOLOGY. This place runs like a factory line disguised as healthcare. The priority seems painfully clear: push through as many procedures as possible and leave the human beings behind. 1st time for Gyn services. AMAZING!! Fast friendly and got services I never even knew I needed. I am bringing my daughter as well.
Absolutely loved this place. The staff was nice and the environment was very inviting and soothing, with words of affirmation and upbeat music playing throughout the space which can be helpful when someone is going through a painful/traumatic/scary experience like a surgery. I went for a surgery and i felt cared for and attended to my entire stay there. I finally feel alright enough to share my experience here. I've never shared a negative review before. If you've had a miscarriage and your doctor recommends this facility to you, please, please ask for a referral elsewhere if you're able. I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks, and was sent here for a d&c. So much was wrong here- from nurses who had access to my chart *repeatedly* asking me 'you know the fetus is dead, right?' and 'you know this was a bad pregnancy, right?', to handing me my ultrasound images out of nowhere... read more
