Joe was extremely disrespectful over the phone! And this was just getting a quote and asking simple questions. This man needs to get fired or have his business go under review. He has 0 customer service skills and respect and barely knows how to speak to a human being.
Quickly cut glass to size, and at a more than reasonable price. He also came in on a Saturday mostly for me (and an inexpensive piece of glass).
Poor customer attitude, uses profanity in his speech, said he would do me a favor and then changed his mind. Did not make me feel welcome as a customer. I told him this was not good for him. And I was going to post that in a review. Sorry Joe I wish you would have treated me a little more courteous.
