Owners do not stay compliant with the city, and even though the other rentals nearby are closing due to that fact , he is evidently off the hook, as is the city. There are displaced tenants given only 30 days to come up with new housing, all the while rent is collected. Ridiculous!
I only give 1 star because it won’t allow zero stars. This place is the worst in Sherman. Do not rent from here. The cost of rent is not worth the hassle. When you need repairs they will not handle in a timely manner. The on-site laundry stinks and is filled with trash. The apartments are infested with bed bugs and 1 lady of management is horrible.
Horrible environment. Roaches, bed bugs, mold. Office management is horrible and very unprofessional
