This company has purchased a home that we have been renting for two years. We paid the former owner a deposit, and first and last months rent. Our new home will be ready to move into in two to three months. We have never been late on our rent. I've worked with eastside funding for the last year. Since then, I've done several loans with Sarah Lodahl and I must say, she is incredible!!!! Fast preapproval, fast approvals, fast closing a little as 2 DAYS! A loan can be stressful but not when you're working with eastside!!!!
Very honest and professional. We have done 3 houses with them so far and are working on our 4th. In my opinion this is a great company.
