Listen, I've never eaten here, but I just read the response to a 1* review, and I thought I'd add a 5* to balance it out. I applaud your patience in a situation, where customer service was in question. Most days in a busy kitchen, it's an even sum game. No victories, just making it through. Fresh, fast and very good shrimp and clams. Will be back to try more items.
Best place around to get fried anything. My personal favorite are the gizzards. If you have not been you have to go,it will change your life.
Always treated well. They take pride in their food and quality. Others appear to cut corners and even when call ahead you still wait. Here is always perfect. The tenders are my favorite along with pickle chips or fries and cowboy corn bites. Delish My daughter is 9 and addicted
Stopped in for the first time today. Staff was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. I ordered wings, cod, fries, fried pickles, and jalapeño poppers. Every item was absolutely awesome. Can’t wait to try some alligator next time!
I've been coming here for years now so I've always known the wait time is a bit long but today it was ridiculous. Waited for over an hour and saw 6 orders made after mine come out before mine did. They kept telling me 10 more minutes and wouldn't answer me when I asked them why they were taking forever (my guess is the child at the counter never gave them my order ticket). I finally had to ask for my money back. Needless to say I will not be returning until they get an improved ordering system.
