The service provided was excellent, I was seen in a timely manner, and Dr. Fink made me feel so comfortable, and listened to my concerns fully.
Surgery from this "podiatrist destroyed my foot" according to my surgeon- over 4 years later and with a orthopedic surgeon and still getting more surgery. Now have painful bursitis of hips due to not being able to walk correctly on my feet due to the pain and damage done. Lost a lot of function of my right foot due to this podiatrist, lost my joint to my big toe and all mobility of 3 other toes since this podiatrist tipped my bone down and all my weight was on my big toe joint ,etc. Podiatrist blamed me for my foot that was ... read more
I've been going there since I was nine years old or so, and after eleven years, I have yet to find something I dislike.
Kind and polite, uses first name & even offers coffee! HOWEVER... if you ask a question that is undesirable, prepare for a bipolar response. For example. If you are the second of two patients & you wait an hour past your appointed time. IF you ask for the reason behind the delay, prepare for Dr. Ausiello to throw a temper tantrum & refuse service.
