The waiting room is small and stuffy, they send you back out after vitals, still no chairs, they take people in first that get here late. And you wait 2 or more hours to be seen. They had my wrong phn no when I called that day, they still hadn't corrected it. I really like Dr Alvarado but they have to work on their wait time. IT'S HORRIBLE.
My mom has been going with Mr Tittle for a while now but she ALWAYS has to wait at least 2 hours to be seen by him for 10-20 minutes. She won’t be going back for sire and I hope they start losing people until they fix this. Goodbye Mr Tittle !
The staff and Dr and were amazing. I spent 2 hours there and it didn't feel like it. Worth the time and money spent. As I walked in the door I felt welcomed and important. We should have more clinics like this around town.
Awesome providers. Wait may not be as short as we'd like but it is worth it. I'd rather wait and have individualized care than be shuffled through like cattle!
But the wait is to Longgg!...for a 10 min talk with doctor.....( 2hrs wait )
We like the hours they have available and Mr. Tittle is very kind and understanding. While we appreciate the service and are pleased with the handling of our families health the wait times are very long. I wish It was a little quicker but overall we're happy.
