We were delayed because of the rain and I kept you up to date with any schedule adjustments. We completed your tree and overgrowth service on 2/25/20. Terrible company! 3 out of 4 times when service is scheduled, they don't show up, and don't respond to texts or emails for the next week. They're also extremely passive-aggressive about minor issues that pop up during service. Save your money for another landscaping company.
Spoke with Candace at the company who promised they could both clean and repair gutters. After she gave me the her quote and assured me her company would do a great job, we agreed to move forward. There a deposit due in which I paid, a the balance was due at the completion of work. She later came back and said it would be more because it was worse than she thought. I had lined up Eastside Exteriors to cut and bag my lawn. I had hoped this would be the start of a regular maintenance schedule. They were to arrive between 9:30am - 12:30pm. Those times came and went. I emailed them twice with no response. Finally at 5pm, I received an email (not a phone call, which you would think would be a priority) saying that they had "computer issues" and did I still want them to service my yard. I literally and politely said, "no thanks" and received the following response from Candice W***: "You are... read more
They broke my patio sliding glass door and promised me that they would take care of it strung me along for weeks with excuses and finally stopped answering my texts and emails. I thought they were a good business but I was wrong.
