My teen daughter has severe nose bleeds. She saw Dr. Kerns the other day and he noticed right away how much anxiety she was having. He was very patient with her, telling her everything he was about to do and super encouraging towards her. I was extremely impressed by how he handled her freaking out. Been looking for a good reliable Ent doctor for a chronic ear problem I have and was recommended Dr. Kerns. My appointment has been canceled by their office and rescheduled multiple times. First time I didn't think much of it but after that it got to be a red flag. Not a great first impression for a new patient.
The team is amazing, but I've had a few appointments where I was waiting over 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. That gets frustrating and messes up things you have planned for the day.
