2nd time now that they screwed up appointment. Was told I had one on a different day & time in Nov and when I got there, no appointment til Jan. Had vertigo and major sinus infection for 31 days. 2 days after it was gone, i got to see them from appointment my Dr was able to make. Now, as I sit here waiting for my 8:20 appointment, no one is here. I think I need a new ENT.
I continue to try to explain to them that there is a person with my number on file. I have never been a patient. I have left messages AND talked to people. Stop using my number and texting me about appointments I never made.
