They are robotic and have zero ability to have compassion! The person I spoke with blamed ME for THEM not having the insurance information and that was dealing with the billing for the doctor NOT the hospital. Telling me he “understood” my frustration and in the same breath telling me it’s not his fault. I had a very frustrating experience with Eastside Emergency Physicians. About four months after my visit, I was suddenly sent to collections — before I ever received a bill or any clear communication giving me the opportunity to review the charges or make a payment. There was no reasonable notice, no invoice in the mail, and no attempt to resolve the balance before escalating it to collections. I LOVED this clinic, the staff so friendly, and helpful, the place itself SUPER furnished and cozy and the wait time was NOTHING!
