I have been going to Eastside Dog and Cat Hospital for almost 20 years. I rely on them completely and trust them implicitly to provide the highest level of veterinary care. Without exception the doctors are responsive and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond with insight, knowledge and compassion. This attitude is reflected in the behavior of all of the staff. We had to put our 18 year old cat to sleep this weekend. We were referred to Eastside Hospital by West Geauga as a caring and experience vet. Dr. Rutman and his staff were so kind. They took us even though we did not have an appointment. Dr. Rutman explained everything as he went. He was very gentle with our cat. All in all, he made a very distressful situation as peaceful as possible. I would highly recommend Eastide Hospital to anyone needing a vet for their loved one.
They listened to and addressed all my concerns and answer all my questions. I received a call from them the next day to see how Grizzly was doing. Very pleased, would surely recommend them.

We vet our dogs and cats at Eastside and we are always pleased with the knowledge,demeanor, and compassion of all the staff members. And, t's nice to see the same staff members when you visit. All three doctors are wonderful and we trust their opinions and their treatment methods.
Dr. Anselmo is a caring, dedicated professional who provides excellent care for my cats and dog. I wouldn't go to another vet in the area - even the drive from South Euclid to Chesterland is well worth it. Wonderful service, clean clinic and friendly staff, as well. Kudos!
