I would definitely read the reviews and go to another doctor, specially if you're a POC. They don't have any POC staff and that should tell you enough about them. Nurses NEVER call you back, it doesn't matter how many messages you leave. I had to make an appointment just to talk to the doctor and tell him I was having side effects with the first medication he put me on. I got a referral and an appointment was made, called back to change the appointment time and that didn't go well. I noticed the reviews and considered my brief experience with the process so far and decided I would be better off if I cancelled my appointment.

I feel as though I was dismissed on numerous occasions when mentioning my concerns. The nurses no longer return any calls, let alone do they EVER pick up the phone. I’m extremely disappointed, and I truly believe I was given too high of a dosage of Isotretinoin. I now have ring like scars on my neck and chest from impetigo, which was a side effect I was not warned about and is said to be a “rare” side effect when researched online.
