Honestly the lady over the phone was so rude and was just ready to not even book my appointment because she mentioned no openings until June.. and assumed I would say nevermind because it was in June.. and kept suggestion I look around first.. the more I sat and thought about it. I am no longer interested in booking an appointment here
I had surgery set for a cyst removal, I lost my insurance at the time so I called and let them know that I wouldn't be able to afford it. I even let them know in advance that I was in a hurry because my insurance can drop. I actually left a voicemail when I called but I still let them know. I recently got my insurance active a month after I missed and they completely refused to work with me. I guess the doctor put a note saying to not schedule me. My husband has been trying to get this office on the phone for a refill of a prescription and they do not answer and never respond to voicemails. This will be the 6th time since LAST WEEK that he has called during normal business hours and is ignored. It's unfortunate that they have this many bad reviews and if I would have known I would have NEVER let him go here.
Horrible. So rushed and didn’t care about anything I said, didn’t ask anything about my skin or skin history.
