I feel as though I was dismissed on numerous occasions when mentioning my concerns. The nurses no longer return any calls, let alone do they EVER pick up the phone. I’m extremely disappointed, and I truly believe I was given too high of a dosage of Isotretinoin. I had a service done in 2024 (which was unsuccessful but that’s not what this is about). I’d never received any outstanding balance letters and forgot all about it. I then received a letter from a collection agency a week ago stating that they had taken over my account from them. I never knew I had an outstanding balance. When I called the first time, billing ignored my voicemail entirely, so I called again a few days later. Dr Parks is awful. I saw him for a spot that appeared on my leg and apart from being rude and condescending, his prescription was totally wrong. I had to see another dermatologist afterwards who was instantly able to assess what I had. I know many doctors have a bad patient here and there, but trust me, do yourself a favor and find another dermatologist.
I’ve never seen a doctor as rude as Dr Parks. He rushes through clients like an assembly line, and on top of that he constantly makes prescription mistakes! Do not waste your time going there, he did not cure my husband and made us waste lots of money in unnecessary medical bills
Dr. Parks is rude and I wouldn’t recommend him. I had braids in my hair when I saw him and he looked at the nurse and said “have we had THE talk with her”. I looked at him thinking use the appropriate language, it’s called braids. I wouldn’t recommend any African Americans to him.
