I needed to find a new dermatologist because mine sold the practice and moved out of state. I found Eastside Dermatology and Dr. Benjamin Bogucki. I have had a few appointments and I am so impressed. He does what is best for me. It doesn't always mean an expensive medicine or cream. At my last appointment he shared an over-the-counter cream and it was exactly what I needed. If i could give less stars, i would! I had a couple concerning spots I wanted checked out. I had to repeat multiple times to the scheduling person I wanted multiple spots checked during the same call. After scheduling an appointment for consult, then scheduling an appointment for biopsies, the results showed I had a basil cell carcinoma. From booking to removal was close to 2 months. Dr Park was very rude to his nurse during the removal. And rushed through the freezing of the 2nd spot. No profalactic antibiotics prescribed. ... read more
Waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen as a new patient. Not a fan of Dr. Parks, came across as rude and condescending. Glad that there is no current issues with my skin. If there was, I would be finding a new practice to treat me as the level of patient experience was low. I would not choose to spend any money or time here going forward.
Honestly the lady over the phone was so rude and was just ready to not even book my appointment because she mentioned no openings until June.. and assumed I would say nevermind because it was in June.. and kept suggestion I look around first.. the more I sat and thought about it. I am no longer interested in booking an appointment here
