Dr. Bogucki was personable and knowledgeable. The staff was very friendly.
Horrible service! My husband had a skin condition on his forehead they knew what insurance we had and then they decided to “spray 4 skin tags” said they would be gone in a few days and just fall off. Well that never happened. Then tried telling me it took multiple times to get them off, possibly even 5, and it was over $100 and they didn’t want to perform it again to fix the issue that was never even slightly resolved so we had to pay over $100 for nothing. Unfortunately Dr. Parks rushes through appointments, doesn't ask any questions about historical treatments, the development of the condition or anything relevant to the examination of the condition and just states what he believes it is from a 30 second exam. It's as if you're actually wasting his time by being in the office. He provided a treatment option after not explaining the diagnosis, what causes it and how to handle it long-term rather simply ordered me a prescription for a cream without explaining what it even was a... read more
