Eastside Dental is Soooooo Amazing Great Doctors
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. This office promoted free consultations and services, and I was specifically told by the dentist that my visit was free. I even offered to pay out of pocket, yet my insurance was still charged. I have yet to receive a clear explanation for why my insurance was billed despite what I was told. I have also requested the removal of my personal records and written confirmation regarding that request. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The hygienist and dentists are very good.
10/10 very knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing is reasonable and makes sense. Great environment, great staff would DEFINITELY recommend!
