The shop wasn't able to help me get the parts I needed, but they put forth a lot of effort for something that probably wasn't worth their time, and they were apologetic. It's a nice shop with a great inventory of high-end bikes, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
The only shop I'll visit anymore. Customer service is top notch. Ryan hooked me up with a demo bike that was a bit more than I had budgeted for, but was worth the extra dough. The work on my bike has always been great with no surprise returns to the shop. Patrick is one heck of a mechanic, and he's pretty good about giving you extra depth in his explanations, or just enough. I suspect he holds an advanced degree is bicycle wizardry.
I am having a great time with my new bike. I am short, so it is difficult for me to find a bike that fits me. Ryan ordered me a bike and it fits perfectly. I will continue to shop there because I trust their judgment. Ellen.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Ryan and Patrick are easily the best people I have worked with. I go in for a simple brake bleed and pad replacement and Ryan was concerned about a loose part on my bike. He gave me a courtesy call to see if I wanted to replace it rather than do it without my knowledge. Whoever taught him customer service should be given an award! The guys at Eastside most definitely earned a repeat customer this week! Than you so much guys
Thanks Patrick and Ryan for the class this evening. Was so helpful to learn how to care for my bike chain and change a flat. Practicing at the store on my own bike tire was an added bonus!
