5+ Year Resident Great Place to Be I have been living in this building for 5+ years now. It is the perfect place for young professionals to be in Stamford. Walkable to downtown and there is a shuttle to the train for commuters like myself. The super is extremely friendly and helpful. This part of East Main is also now starting to be more built up.
Run HOA fees are incredibly high ($300+/month) for the little you get out of them. Board is full of incompetence too. Incredibly small gym and no true other amenities to speak of. Parking used to be the most attractive feature of the building (free and guest parking) but recently they changed the rules and started towing everyone, including residents. There’s not enough parking for everyone but that problem has been ignored which has now snowballed into a bigger issue. Lived here for 2 years and the curtains on the 4th floor... read more
