I was really disappointed after I got my car back. It looked OK but on further inspection there were things that weren't done that were supposed to have been done. One of my main beefs is my carpeting in between my seats and my console is pulled out and there's a hole in underneath that- it wasn't like that when I took it in!! I don't know why that was done and it's really frustrating to have to deal with! And the carpeting was supposed to have been cleaned but only the mats were cleaned when I lifted the mats up the carpeti... read more
