High quality services and great communication. The project was completed on schedule and looks and sounds better than expected!!
We moved into our current home in 2004 and had Eastside AV set up our home theater system. Bryan Levy was wonderful to work with and provided superior customer service follow up whenever there was an issue with the system. This company may be going out of business. We paid a 75% deposit back in March for pre-wiring in a new construction home. We were in contact with Bill until May 12 to schedule the installation. Bill left the company, but no one told us. In the meantime, we were emailing and calling Bill and the company to confirm installation dates. But we did not receive any answers, return calls or return emails. We tried emailing and leaving voicemails with, Emet Ward, the owner, but his mailbox is full. Very bad experience. They charged me 75% upfront and I was working with a guy name Bill, he moved out to other company and gave number of Emet. I tried calling leaving message email, Emet never responded. Don't go with these guys ever. Very fraud people.
