Having issues with blower/fan, called to get it looked at, was estimated 30-45 min to figure it out. When I tried calling no one answered, I was literally a block away, and with having to go to work figured I’d just go over and ask about a time since no one picked up the phone. When I walked in the lady was instantly annoyed and told me she didn’t know anything yet and that’s why she didn’t answer my phone calls, so ignore your customer. Ok.
