Overpriced, horrible service and always a long wait, even when your the only one there. They lose information so they can conveniently make you get extra annual exams after only 6 months, and the staff is argumentative and rude if you question anything. Go to Allison Lane for better prices, service, and pretty much everything.

I called this morning because my elderly cat was suffering. They were so kind and compassionate,from the first call to walking me to my car to assist me in getting my pet's casket into the car. The sweet hug was icing on the cake for me. Thanks to them an awful day was a little better.
the staff is very friendly and so patient and loving and caring about your pets. And the Drs are gentle and talk to your pets comforting while they exam them.
This place is a joke. When I brought my new pup here they treated me as if they were selling me a car, just a huge sales pitch. They have charged my card NINE times when I was supposed to be put on a payment plan. Jennifer the manager hasnt been helpful at all to resolve the payment problem and surprise, she's always busy when I try to contact her. The staff is rude. I will not be back!!!!!!
They are more worried about what they can sell you than about your fur baby.
I highly recommend this office! And cannot say enough about how wonderful the drs and staff are! I had to take my fur baby in yesterday after a tumor ruptured and they treated her as their own managing the rupture and then reworking their surgery schedule in order to accommodate her needs. She is doing fantastic and I’m sure it’s because of their expertise and abilities. They are the best!!
these people are very professional about giving animals the best care possible, even in my time of sorrow where I lost my beloved pet dog willow, when my Willow broke a nail they help her get better, They care if you have a pet please take your pet to them for checkup's and such
