Really great communication by the leasing staff: Tina, Amelia, Haley, Simone. Apartment very well-maintained and clean at move-in. Clean building, sidewalks, and parking lot. Quiet hallways that smell pleasant. Good elevator. Convenient location near transit and grocery stores. Great walkability. Easy process for maintenance request submissions. Excellent experience so far.
Great community, apartments are clean, in good repair and look great- I love all the windows! Makes for great lighting.
So far I’ve lived at the Es 101 since February and it’s been a nice apartment building. The only things I would say is the dog potty area stinks and needs to be redone.
they dont really do anything about barking dog noise complaints. they just send emails to the owner. been dealing with a barking dog since april and just now was told that the tenant is leaving in november. i tried resolving this myself with the neighbor but the neighbor got argumentative with me. you really shouldnt have a dog in an apartment complex if it's barking nonstop like that. let alone, they shouldn't allow dogs to bark all day in an apartment complex especially in an era where many people work from home. as a pers... read more
