This community simply checked all my boxes. I was initially drawn in by the apartment’s warm cabinets combined with its modern finishes. I was easily able to make my unit feel cozy and like home. The team has been nothing less than fantastic. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking in the Palm Bay Area :)
Just renewed my lease at Eastshore and I have to say this is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed at. I toured with Jenny and she was amazing and patient when I switched units at the last second before moving in. They have a lot of grass around plus a dog park for my baby. Also the pool is huge and beautiful and they have a pickle ball court😍
For the love of God can you send the maintenance guy to stop the smoke detector from beeping day and night in building 5 # ##########update########## Still going off This is absolutely pathetic you can't change batteries in a smoke detector this is grounds for breaking my lease this complex is turning getto I am going to contact the city to find out if they are in violation
